Visit your city's guide and click "List your business" — it's free and takes under 5 minutes. You'll create an account, add your details and your listing goes live once approved.

How do I edit or update my business listing? ▾
Log in to your account on the city site, then go to My Businesses. Click your business name to open the business dashboard where you can edit all your details, update photos, and manage your offers.
My business is on the wrong city — how do I fix it? ▾
Use the support form below and let us know the business name, the city it's currently on, and the city it should be on. We'll update it within 1 business day.
I forgot my password — how do I reset it? ▾
On the login page, click "Forgot password" and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link. Alternatively, if you're logged in, you can change your password in Account → Change password.
Can I use one account across multiple cities? ▾
Yes — your account works across all What To Do Victoria sites. You can manage listings in multiple cities from one login, and choose which city email newsletters to subscribe to from your account settings.
What does Gold membership include? ▾
Gold members get featured placement (top of listings), a photo gallery (up to 8 images), special offers & promotions, a direct customer inquiry form, priority in search results, and a Gold badge. It's $25/month per city.

What advertising options are available? ▾
We offer three advertising products:
Boost Banner (in-feed ad, from $49/week),
Spotlight (sticky nav strip, from $79/week), and
Premier (slide-up mobile impact ad, from $199/30 days). Network-wide campaigns are also available —

How do I set up a Boost ad? ▾
Boost ads are self-serve — once set up, you upload your banner image and headline in your business dashboard. Contact us at

How do I submit an event? ▾
Go to your city guide and click "Submit an event" in the footer or events page. Events are reviewed and published by our team. For Gold members, events can also be managed directly from the business dashboard.
How long until my event is published? ▾
Most events are reviewed and published within 1–2 business days. If your event is time-sensitive, use the support form below and let us know.
